Occupation Asset Management is a Salesforce App where staff can manage the occupations, pathways, and rubrics in Salesforce. This data is pulled into competency evaluations, training plans, and reporting throughout the platform.

You need special permissions and training to access this part of the Salesforce platform. If you need access to this part of Salesforce, please submit a ticket to the technology team.

Important Things to Keep in Mind

1. You need permission to access this part of the platform. If you do not have access, please contact the CareerWise Technology Team.

2. If you create a new pathway or occupation, please contact the technology team to update other parts of the platform and contact Marketing so they can update your website.

3. When you add or remove competencies from an occupation, you need to update all current apprentices in the system. This is extremely important, or you won’t have up-to-date data.
