Apprenticeship Details at the Account Level
On each account, aggregate data about the apprenticeships at their business is available. The data is NOT synced in real-time. The data is updated daily in the morning.
All Apprentices at Account - calculates all the active and in-active apprentices associated with the account. This information does not calculate the child accounts.
For example, if a high school employs an Apprentice from a different district as a future educator, the school district Account would not calculate this apprentice at the “All Apprentices at Account” level as they are not attached to the school district.
Active Registered Apprentices - All apprentices are marked as “Registered” apprentices. If there should be registered apprenticeships associated with the account, confirm all the apprenticeships are marked as “Registered” on the record type. For more information on the correct record type, go to Apprenticeships.
Total Active Apprenticeships - All registered and non-registered apprenticeships currently active on the account.
Total Apprentices Hired from the School - All apprentices hired into the apprenticeship program from a specific school Account. This information is calculated if the “high school” field is the same as the account you are looking at.
For example, If a student’s high school field says Cherry Creek High School, the Cherry Creek High School account will count them in this field.
Active Apprentices from This School - Calculates all the “Active” apprenticeships from the high school.
