Manually Approving Student Profiles Through Salesforce
Sometimes, staff have to approve profiles either at events or to support high schools in the hiring process. Staff can manually approve profiles through Salesforce by searching for the student in Salesforce and following the steps below.
Remember that students' profiles should be in the profile status “in review,” as this indicates they have completed all parts of the profile creation process. If the status is still “pending” they have not completed all the sections (more information about the statuses below)
Profile Status Overview:
Pending = Student has not completed all the parts of the profile creation process
In Review = Student has submitted their profile for approval
Approved = The profile has been approved, and the student can apply for apprenticeships
Revision Requested = The high school's designated approver has asked the student to update their profile. An email was sent to the student asking them to update it.
Denied = The designated approver has denied the student from applying for apprenticeships.
Withdrawn = The student has withdrawn their application.
Deactivated = Our system has deactivated the apprentice because they are not eligible for youth apprenticeships
