Apprenticeship Hub Contact & Disability Confirmation Pop Up

Apprenticeship Hub Contact & Disability Confirmation Pop Up

Every six months, a notification will appear when an apprentice logs into the CareerWise Hub. This popup will ask the apprentice to confirm contact information, current grade level, and disability status. The CareerWise teams receive this information to ensure we have the most up-to-date information throughout the apprenticeship.

The apprentice can update any of the information that appears in the pop-up box, if applicable, and then click confirm.

When was the last time an apprentice confirmed their information?

On the contact, there is a field called “Data Verification Date”. Every time an apprentice clicks “confirm” on the pop-up box this field is updated with the date and time they confirmed their information. You can leverage this field in reporting.

If the field is blank, it means the apprentice has never logged in and clicked “confirm”. They either ignored the message or have never logged in to confirm the information.
