Reactivating Profiles/ Applicants

Sometimes, staff need to reactivate profiles for Students returning to the apprenticeship search process or, in some instances, if the system or staff deactivated their profiles. Staff can manually reactivate profiles through Salesforce by searching for the student in Salesforce and following the steps below.

Remember that Students' profiles will be in the profile status “Withdrawn,” which indicates they have been deactivated from the system.

 

 

Profile Status Overview:

  • Pending = Student has not completed all the parts of the profile creation process

  • In Review = Student has submitted their profile for approval

  • Approved = The profile has been approved, and the student can apply for apprenticeships

  • Revision Requested = The high school's designated approver has asked the student to update their profile. An email was sent to the student asking them to update it.

  • Denied = The designated approver has denied the student from applying for apprenticeships.

  • Withdrawn = The student has withdrawn their application.

  • Deactivated = Our system has deactivated the apprentice because they are not eligible for youth apprenticeships
